计量并不容易实现，其中要设计到计量精度及损耗分配的问题，最终你这套计量方法被不被承认还是种问题，真正做到精确计量要考虑的问题很多，况且计量集成到风机盘管群控中来还要考虑硬件的问题，网络是不是能承受那么大的流量，网络的反映速度，这要做好是要钱的！！！！！！！！

管理方面也可以加强，比如加班（没有申请加班就不开权限使用空调）等现象，还有就是温度的上限设定等。

同意楼主的观点，这是当前过渡阶段较好的方案了，最终还要走到能量计费上，但当前有点困难

<p>在风机盘管联网计费的问题上 绝对准确的计费是很难实现的 只能说是相对公平的作出计费</p><p>比如说我们公司的DEI-950联网计费已经是做的很不错了 我们采集电话阀开启的时间 开启时的高中低速，<font color="#ff0000">另外特别的就是以风机盘管的冷房能力为基数（没有其他公司做的这么精确，因为这个基数不是随随便便写个比例上去就行了的），</font>我们这样做的也只是相对公平的计费，因为这里还存在着一个问题就是水压的问题</p><p>27楼的兄弟提出的网络的问题，我们公司是采用封包传送，且有异动的优先传送，在我们做的6300个盘管的网络中这个速度一点都不是问题，所以我觉得这个问题应该是可以解决的</p>

将公共区域的风机盘管联网控制是现阶段最能接受的方式，毕竟一次投资成本比较高。

<p>现在做的一个项目就是可以联网控制风机盘管的，设备是台湾的，不过两岸的使用习惯上差别还是很大，大陆业主对这个东西不太感兴趣</p>
