BAS到底是什么？...

<p>前不久接了一个政府大楼的设计,由于BAS没做过,不熟,就请别人帮忙设计了,现在问题是我是这个项目的负责人,我要向甲方解释为什么花哪么多钱做这个系统,我现在连自已都说服不了自已,还真没的多大自信和底气还说服甲方,而且别人设计有没有问题还不能完全确定,要是设计漏了什么东东,我就死定了,郁闷中!</p>

<p>支持55楼观点，说得很有道理，至少我很认同！</p><p>BAS主要有三点:</p><p>一,前期的设计很重要</p><p>二,实施过程中没个工种个接口界面很重要</p><p>三,将来管理和使用的人员的培训很重要.</p>

<p>楼主这个问题提得好,答得也好.</p><p>目前中国市场上流行的BA系统,起初大多是空调系统的辅助监控系统,后来随着建筑面积的增大,设备增多,也随着网络技术的发展才连成真正的系统（叫BMS），最有代表性的就是美国的江森自控和瑞士的兰吉尔（西门子SBT的前身）。随着市场的需求及系统自身的完善就形成了目前的状况。至于“建筑设备监控系统”和“BAS”是中国的专家及部分企业发明的，有点中国特色。</p>
