关于LEED认证

一、什么叫LEED？

发源于上个世纪70年代、伴随中东石油危机在西方萌芽的绿色建筑，在90年代因可持续发展理念和健康住宅概念的提出而逐渐成势。如今，伴随着相关评估体系的不断完善，“有据可依”的绿色建筑已经成为全球建筑节能环保的重要趋势之一。

目前全球对建筑“绿色”与否的评估标准主要有：美国绿色建筑委员会（U.S. Green Building Council, 下简称USGBC）的“领先能源与环境设计建筑评级体系”（LEED^TM），英国的建筑科研组织（Building Research Establishment, BRE）“环境评价法”（BREEAM），日本的CASBEE体系等。其中以LEED^TM标准体系为最完善，是目前在世界各国的各类建筑环保评估、绿色建筑评估以及建筑可持续性评估标准中最具有影响力。

LEED^TM全称为Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design Building Rating System — 领先能源与环境设计建筑评级体系

LEED是美国绿色建筑委员会制定的北美标准，主要衡量建筑的可持续性和设计中的生态方法。

Manufacturers cannot produce "LEED certified" products. Instead products are used to achieve LEED points when implemented in a project. The end building / project becomes LEED certified once it achieves sufficient LEED points.

各制造商/厂商并不能生产符合“LEED认证”的产品,而是在实施一个项目时使用该厂商的产品来满足LEED认证的各项要求，当最终建筑/项目获得了足够的LEED认证得分点数时就能获得LEED认证。也就是说LEED认证的对象是建筑物，而并不是针对产品，产品只是辅助建筑物获得LEED认证。

二、快思聪LEED认证得分点

There are a variety of ways that Crestron helps Architects, Engineers and Designers obtain LEED points for their projects. These include:

1. Optimize Energy Performance - Install occupancy sensors to monitor rooms, install photo sensors for daylight harvesting. Crestron allows a variety of sensors to seamlessly integrate with the control system to make intelligent, energy saving decisions.

1. Points are also awarded for using innovative technologies and techniques to achieve environmental benefits beyond those called for by the standard LEED guidelines. Crestron's ability to tie together disparate systems, monitor data and issue reports provides opportunities for innovative actions such as scheduling lamp replacement, load shedding during peak demand times and remote monitoring / diagnostics of systems.

1、认证得分点还可以通过使用创新的技术和工艺，使得实现的环境效益超出标准LEED所要求的指标来获得。快思聪有能力结合不同的系统，监测数据以及错误报告，为各种创新的技术提供了机会。如：安排灯泡更换计划；在用电高峰时自动断开某些负载以及对系统进行远程监控/诊断。

There are many other areas where points can be obtained using Crestron directly and indirectly. Crestron provides a more complete / more power solution than other Lighting only manufacturers by integrating multiple building systems including lighting, HVAC, shades, sensors etc. It should also be noted that Crestron products are all RoHS (leadfree) compliant, unlike others in the lighting control industry.
