<P >测量<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">1</FONT>:在测量时,无论用目测或用仪器测量,均应逐段的确定直线并在直线上丈量杆距,确定杆位。一般情况下,市区电缆线路的杆距为<FONT face="Times New Roman">35—40m</FONT>,郊区电缆线路的杆距为<FONT face="Times New Roman">45—50m</FONT>。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">2</FONT>:确定杆位时,应考虑到引入线、分支线、引上电缆以及有无拉线撑杆的位置。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">3</FONT>:避免在如下位置确定杆位:<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">1</FONT>):妨碍交通,易受车辆碰撞。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">2</FONT>):有损地下建筑物。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">3</FONT>):妨碍房屋的门窗开关和出入的通道。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">4</FONT>):角杆和特殊的附属设备设置困难的地方。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">5</FONT>):认为不安全的地方。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">4</FONT>:在定位选择杆高时,必须注意架空线路与其它建筑物的水平距离及垂直距离。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">5</FONT>:市话通信线路应避免与广播线路同杆架设,以避免对市话通信的干扰。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">6</FONT>:角杆、分线杆、跨越杆和终端杆等,应在标桩的邻近固定物上标明杆位。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">7</FONT>:直线段的测量<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">(1)    </FONT>长线段<p></p></P>
<P >先选定角杆或终端杆位置,树标(远树大标旗,近立标杆)。工作人员明确分工,统一指挥,互相积极配合。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">   </FONT>从起点开始向标旗方向自变量杆距,每一杆距立一标杆并由看标人标直方向和标杆,以三根标杆对准标旗为准,由第四第五根标杆前后倒换着前进。凡测定标杆位置均应打入标桩,作好记录以备制图和查找。<p></p></P>

<P >立杆<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">1</FONT>:普通土电杆埋深:<B><FONT face="Times New Roman">7</FONT></B>米水泥杆洞深<FONT face="Times New Roman">1.3</FONT>米,<FONT face="Times New Roman">8</FONT>米水泥杆洞深<FONT face="Times New Roman">1.5</FONT>米。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">2</FONT>:杆路上电杆要成一直线,上下要垂直,不得有眉毛或<FONT face="Times New Roman">S</FONT>弯。杆根偏差左、右不得超过<FONT face="Times New Roman">5</FONT>厘米,前、后偏差不得超过<FONT face="Times New Roman">30</FONT>厘米。杆梢前、后、左、右偏差均不得超过<FONT face="Times New Roman"> </FONT>半个梢径;<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">3</FONT>:角杆应在线路转角点内移。水泥电杆的内移值为<FONT face="Times New Roman">100—150mm</FONT>,木杆内移值为<FONT face="Times New Roman">200—400mm</FONT>。因地形限制或装撑木的角杆可不内移。<FONT face="Times New Roman"> <p></p></FONT></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">4</FONT>:终端杆竖立后应向拉线侧倾斜<FONT face="Times New Roman">100—200mm</FONT>。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">5</FONT>:在斜坡地区挖洞,该洞深应从洞下坡口往下<FONT face="Times New Roman">15~20</FONT>厘米处计算洞深。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">6</FONT>:地表有临时堆积泥土的杆洞洞深计量,应以永久地面算起,其地面以上堆积的泥土不应计算在内。<p></p></P>

<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">8</FONT>:分歧杆的线担应装在张力小的一侧。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">9</FONT>:终端杆线担应装在张力的反侧。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">10</FONT>:回土夯实应分层进行,每回填土<FONT face="Times New Roman">300mm</FONT>应夯实一次;<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">11</FONT>:市区内立杆,杆根回填土应符合下列要求:<p></p></P>
<P >(<FONT face="Times New Roman">1</FONT>):土便道立杆,杆根应培土<FONT face="Times New Roman">50~100mm</FONT>(指高出原有地面部分,下同)。<p></p></P>
<P >(<FONT face="Times New Roman">2</FONT>):水泥砖便道立杆或有路面的路上立杆,杆根不宜培土,但应与原地面平齐。<p></p></P>
<P >(<FONT face="Times New Roman">3</FONT>):郊区立杆,应将回填余土培在杆根周围,一般高出地面<FONT face="Times New Roman">100~150mm</FONT>。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">12</FONT>:松湿土、河滩或水田等地带立杆,回土夯实后应立即按设计规定做好电杆根部保护或防护设施。<p></p></P>
<P  align=center>二、拉线<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">1</FONT>:杆上只有一条电缆吊线且装设一条拉线时,拉线包箍应距杆顶不小于<FONT face="Times New Roman">500mm</FONT>。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">2</FONT>:杆上有两层电缆吊线且装设两层拉线时,两层拉线间距<FONT face="Times New Roman">400mm</FONT>。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">3</FONT>:一般地锚出土长度为<FONT face="Times New Roman">350mm-600mm</FONT>,允许偏差小于<FONT face="Times New Roman">+50~</FONT>:拉线地锚的实际出土点与正确出土点之间的偏差不大于<FONT face="Times New Roman">50mm</FONT>。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">5</FONT>:拉线地锚应埋设端正,不得偏斜,地锚的拉线盘(横木)应与拉线垂直。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">6</FONT>:埋设拉线地锚的出土斜槽,应与拉线上把成直线,不得有扛、顶现象<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">7</FONT>:拉线中把与地锚连接处应按拉线程式加装拉线衬环,衬环应装在拉线弯回处。<p></p></P>

<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">9</FONT>:人行便道上的拉线易被行人触碰,均应用保护。<p></p></P>
<P  align=center>三、拉线上把另缠规格<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">1</FONT>:拉线上把另缠规格为<FONT face="Times New Roman">7/2.2</FONT>首节长度为<FONT face="Times New Roman">100mm</FONT>,间隙为<FONT face="Times New Roman">30mm</FONT>,末节长度为<FONT face="Times New Roman">100mm</FONT>,留头长度为<FONT face="Times New Roman">100mm</FONT>。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">2</FONT>:<FONT face="Times New Roman">7/2.6</FONT>首节长度为<FONT face="Times New Roman">150mm</FONT>,间隙为<FONT face="Times New Roman">30mm</FONT>,末节长度为<FONT face="Times New Roman">100mm</FONT>,留头长度为<FONT face="Times New Roman">100mm</FONT>。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">3</FONT>:<FONT face="Times New Roman">7/3.0</FONT>首节长度为<FONT face="Times New Roman">150mm</FONT>,间隙为<FONT face="Times New Roman">30mm</FONT>,末节长度为<FONT face="Times New Roman">150mm</FONT>,留头长度为<FONT face="Times New Roman">100mm</FONT>。<p></p></P>
<P >注<FONT size=3>:以上缠扎线径为</FONT><FONT face="Times New Roman">3.0</FONT><FONT size=3>铁丝,留头处理用</FONT><FONT face="Times New Roman">1.6<FONT size=3>mm</FONT></FONT><FONT size=3>钢线另缠</FONT><FONT face="Times New Roman">5</FONT><FONT size=3>圈扎固。</FONT></P>
<P  align=center>四、拉线中把另缠规格<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">1</FONT>:<FONT face="Times New Roman">7/2.2</FONT>首节长度为<FONT face="Times New Roman">100mm</FONT>,间隔为<FONT face="Times New Roman">330mm</FONT>,末节<FONT face="Times New Roman">100mm</FONT>,留头长度为<FONT face="Times New Roman">100mm</FONT>,<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">2</FONT>:<FONT face="Times New Roman">7/2.6 </FONT>首节长度为<FONT face="Times New Roman">150mm</FONT>,间隔为<FONT face="Times New Roman">280mm</FONT>,末节<FONT face="Times New Roman">100mm</FONT>,留头长度为<FONT face="Times New Roman">100mm</FONT>,<p></p></P>

<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">4</FONT>:高桩拉线的副拉线、拉桩中心线、正拉线、电杆中心线应成直线,其中任一点的最大偏差不得大于<FONT face="Times New Roman">50mm</FONT>。<p></p></P>
<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">5</FONT>:吊板拉线的地锚坑深应比落地拉线地锚坑深再加<FONT face="Times New Roman">200—300mm</FONT>。<FONT face="Times New Roman"> <p></p></FONT></P>
<P  align=center>五、撑木<p></p></P>
<P >装设撑木必须符合下列规定:<p></p></P>

<P ><FONT face="Times New Roman">2</FONT>:电缆线路:均应装在最末层电缆吊线下<FONT face="Times New Roman">100mm</FONT>处<FONT face="Times New Roman">,</FONT>电缆线路终端杆设撑杆时,必须在终端杆前一<FONT face="Times New Roman">~</FONT>二根电杆上做泄力拉线。<p></p></P>
