Routing Mode At Off Hook

:

Select

  • Delay Routing: for the set to be routed to a number after a timer when off hooked.

  • Direct Routing: for the set to be routed to a number as soon as it is off hooked.

  • Specialized incoming: so that the set cannot be used to make a call and is only authorized to receive calls.

  • NO Routing : the set is not routed when off hooked.

  • External Alarm: for off-hooking (loop closed) to generate an incident.


Declaring a routing table

A call number has a corresponding routing table (also identified by a number).

Reminder: Routing tables only concern sets declared with immediate or delayed routing.

Object name: Specific Telephone Services > Routing Table

Enter the number of the routing table (select a number between 1 and 255).

Call number

:

Enter a call number. This number can be:

  • the number of a set,

  • the number of a hunt group,

  • an attendant call number,

  • a feature prefix,

  • an abbreviated (speed dial) number.


Assigning a routing table to a user

A routing table is associated with each set declared with immediate or delayed routing (i.e.dialing).

Directory Number

:

Enter the directory number of the set.

Routing table

:

Enter the number of the routing table. Reset to zero, this attribute declares no routing table for the user concerned.


Routing with immediate forwarding

Reminder: This is a particular type of automatic off-hook dialing/routing. Re-routing is performed when a timer elapses.

Object name: System

Rout.On Immediate Forward.

:

Select True so that in the event of immediate forwarding, the set will be routed (when off-hooked) to the forwarded-to set after a timer.


Timers

The timer used for automatic off-hook dialing is timer n°2 (default value: 3 seconds).

The timer used for the special case of a set with immediate forwarding is timer n°20 (default value 12 seconds).
