标题: fluke 4300测试结果,RL总是失败,为何原因?
<p>从机房配线架到端口模块,线缆为AMP超五类非屏蔽双绞线。FLUKE测试标准为 TIA 5e channel / UTP 100 Ohm cat 5e。测试时两端各接了1M的超五类跳线,结果RL和 RL @remote 两项指标总是faild,为何原因?而单独测试跳线是通过的。</p><p></p>

回波损耗一般是由于端接不当引起的,你测跳线的时候当然是PASS的,因为跳很短嘛,但你不应该是看是不是通过,还要看一下余量是不是很大?如果虽然通过,但余量很小的话,跳线肯定是有问题的。<br/>还有就是这根线中间是否有接头哦,否些不太负责的工人中间接线的可能性还是有的。。<br/><br/>

这个问题我在两个工程中都遇到了。把同批过来的线拉出50-60m来。单测一下,大部分是。网线的质量问题。

<p>产生的原因,三楼已经详细说了,解决故障的方法很简单,看故障的位置啊,FLUKE的测试仪,可以明确指出,RL没有通过的具体位置,如35米、47米或是1米等,根据出现故障的位置,在现场做出判断,是线缆原因,还是端接处的原因等。</p><p>更多资料和报告管理软件、样本,请到&nbsp;<a href="http://www.rdkm.cn">www.rdkm.cn</a> 查阅下载。</p>

<p>失败可能的原因三楼已经分析的很清楚,fluke测试仪中有一个功能叫做HDTDR(高精度时域反射计),这个功能很强,能够显示出RL失败的具体位置点,这个位置通常是在接头处,波形会有一点起伏,如果是在线中的位置就说明线的特性阻抗被破坏了,通常特性阻抗被破坏的原因三楼已经有过阐述,包括线缆可能被拉伸,扭曲导致了绞据的破坏,当然也有可能是跳线和布线以及模块阻抗不匹配(这通常是由于混用不同厂家的产品引起的)</p><p></p>
