2. change ip-ser 第一頁(內容 CDR1 Procr 0 cdr 9000)
3. change ip-ser 第三頁(CDR1 y 30 3 1 60)
4. change syst cdr 將Primary output endpoint 指向到 CDR1
5. status cdr
