<p style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; TEXT-INDENT: 24pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0" class="MsoNormal"><span style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; FONT-SIZE: 12pt">在实际的生产应用过程中,离心冷水机组的运行负荷处于较大动态变化。如每天早晚,每季交替,每年轮回,环境气温变化等因素对机组的运行负荷影响很大。据统计机组在全年处于最大负荷运行时间只有短短几十天,其余大部分时间都是处于<span lang="EN-US">50%-80%</span>冷负荷运行,在冬天甚至处于更低负荷运行。这样,就会造成实际所需冷负荷与最大功率输出之间的矛盾,从而降低了设备的运行效率,造成巨大能源浪费,给企业造成巨额电费支出,增加经营成本,降低企业竞争力。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span></p>

<p style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; TEXT-INDENT: 24pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0" class="MsoNormal"><span style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; FONT-SIZE: 12pt">众所周知,冷水机组<span lang="EN-US">90%</span>以上的时间运行在部分负荷工况。通常,在部分负荷下,恒速离心机通过调节导流叶片开度来调节机组输出冷量,最高效率点通常在<span lang="EN-US">75%~90%</span>负荷左右,负荷降低,单位冷量能耗增加较显著,使用变频器后将优化电机转速和<span lang="EN-US">GVA(</span>导叶<span lang="EN-US">)</span>的开度,使机组运行转速最小而效率最高,能耗达到最小。<span lang="EN-US"> <o:p></o:p></span></span></p>

<p style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; TEXT-INDENT: 24pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0" class="MsoNormal"><span style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; FONT-SIZE: 12pt">机组在夜间、过渡季节甚至是冬天运行时,冷却水的温度往往比较低。对于恒速机组,需要有恒定的工作条件,即需要有恒定的蒸发压力和冷凝压力。但冷却水温度降低后,必然使得冷凝压力相应地降低,此时,为了满足离心压缩机的工作条件,只有通过关小进口导叶,减小输气量,从而调整离心压缩机的工作点,以适应更低的冷凝压力。但以上调节却降低了机组的效率,无端地消耗了更多的能量。而使用变频器后,则可以通过调整压缩机的转速,以适应冷凝温度的变化,最大限度地利用低冷却水温的节能效应,达到节能的目的。机组在低冷却水温下,使用变频器有非常明显的节能效果,且冷却温度越低,节能效果越显著,当负荷变低时,这个效果还更加明显。对于在过渡季节甚至冬季投入使用的机组来说,安装变频器的节能效果是非常明显的。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span></p>

<p style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; TEXT-INDENT: 24pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0" class="MsoNormal"><span style="LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; FONT-SIZE: 12pt">从上式可以看出,空调系统全年有<span lang="EN-US">97.7%</span>的时间是在部分负荷下运行的,在此工况下恒速机组效率较差。这是因为恒速离心式冷水机组在部分负荷状态下时,是通过导流叶片(<span lang="EN-US">GVA</span>)调节、进口节流调节等方式来实现制冷量调节的。进口节流调节经济效益较差;而导流叶片略微关闭时,改变了气流进入叶片的方向,从而使压缩机的效率略有提高,导流叶片调节在一定范围内调节时还是比较合理,但当导叶开度小于<span lang="EN-US">30%</span>时,节流作用明显增加,效率大为下降,浪费了能源。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></span></p>
