Before contacting Mary, I would like to briefly expose our current necessities.
在联络Mary之前，我想先简要表述一下我们的需求

1. During the PBX selection for the Factory we talked about different solutions to extend this PBX (Service) to the new Shanghai office. Now is the time to clarify these solutions in order to prepare what is needed at the office.
1.在工厂PBX选型期间我们讨论过不同的方法来将该PBX（服务）延伸至上海办公室。现在是时候澄清一下这些方法以便在上海办公室准备必须的设备。

Perhaps I'm wrong but here we will have two different options:
也许我说的不对，但我认为我们有两种选择：

1) Installing IP phones directly connected to the PBX at the factory. This will require a good network link between the office and factory and we are currently working to obtain this service.
1）在工厂PBX系统上直接安装IP电话。这就需要在工厂和上海办公室之间有一条速度较快的网络链接。我们目前正在试图获得这种服务（业主正在与国内电信服务商进行接洽）

2) Installing some class of PBX extender that will provide direct access to the public telephone network. This way the PBX control the whole system but voice channels won't use the network link between office<->factory. This solution will be selected if we are not able to find a good solution for the data link between the factory and the office.
2）安装某种PBX扩展件，以便直接接入公共电话网络。这样的话PBX控制整个系统，但语音通道不会占用工厂与上海办公室之间的数据链路。如果我们在办公室与工厂之间无法建立快速的数据链接，我们就会选择这种方法。

2. We need your support in order to clarify which services must be contracted the Telecom vendor for the voice service. PBX at the factory will be connected with voice lines that are provided by a local telecom vendor. I guess we have different options but not sure what is common in China.
2.关于语音服务，我们需要你的帮助来搞清楚我们该向电信供应商签订什么样的合同。工厂的PBX系统将会连接至一条由本地电信供应商提供的语音线路.我猜我们会有各种选择但我不太了解在中国通常的情况。

For example, there are two common options for contracting this services in Europe:
例如，在欧洲通常有两种签订合同的方法：

1) Contracting digital lines ( two voice channels ) and connect this digital lines to the PBX. For example you could have 8 digital lines ( 16 simultaneous calls with the outside world ) and as many public numbers as you want associated to those 8 igital lines.
1）租用数字线路（两条语音通道）并将该数字线路连接至PBX。例如你可以有8条数字线路（从外界有16条模拟线路可以呼入）并可以在这8条数字线路上关联你想要的任意多的公共号码。

2) Contracting a primary access that will give you 31 voice channels. ( This is equivalent a 2Mbps line ).
2）租用一条主接入线路这样可以给你31条语音通道（相当于2Mbps 线路）

Note: At the moment we plan to install a basic voice service at the office but we need to know what will be the final solution once we install the PBX system at the factory.
注意：目前我们想在上海办公室安装一条基本的语音服务线路但我们必须知道一旦我们在工厂安装PBX系统后最终的解决方案是什么。
