施耐德电气TAC要收购北京马斯特自控公司？？...

听业内人士说，施耐德电气TAC要收购北京马斯特自控公司！施耐德电气收购TAC后，仍是原有代理商合作伙伴销售，就是靠代理价销售DDC控制器和现场设备，而系统集成和工程施工等都被合作伙伴拿去了，原来invensys楼宇只有二级资质，无法直接投标弱电工程项目，很难满足施耐德付出的成本和追求同其他业务增长的销售业绩。面对均有双甲资质的Honeywell,江森自控，西门子三大强悍楼宇自控世界巨头，尤其是在中国市场的绝对垄断地位和工程技术实力优势！如收购一家具有双甲资质的弱电工程公司，施耐德电气就直接拿到双甲资质了，可以直接参与项目投标。不知道这事情进展如何？有谁知道现在什么情况？

Sorry, I haven't recieved any relative messages. However, it's told that TAC has established its own solution department which can provide the total solution and products to key accounts, and the leader of this department in Great China is Nigel Doherty, an Irish guy. In addition, if TAC accomplish the aquisition of Master (BJ) as you mentioned above, I think it will improve on and take the place of Siemens in 5 to 10 yrs.

你英文很好啊，偶看不懂啊，哈哈。但是具有双甲级的系统集成商，无论国内公司还是Honeywell,Johnson,Siemens三大品牌，soluton leader都是中国人，不知道你们老外leader在中国的价值是啥，很多中国人的规矩他懂吗，哈哈。如果收购了，你们solution的leader将是马斯特的老板或者马斯特的人了。

Thanks for your reminding. I'm just in study for all practical purposes.On the other hand, I find that you are actually the monopolist and dominator in this forum. All the threads in regard to TAC have your name.
