关于温湿度传感器探讨，各位高手请进...

<p>请看下文：</p><p>0-10V输出的温湿度传感器：如QFM65、QFM66、QFA65、QFA66等，常用于回风温度（QFM65、QFM66）及室内温度（QFA65、QFA66），但此种传感器在使用时尽量不要用于送风，或在客户设计有此要求时，也应尽量远离送风。当此种传感器在夏季工况时，由于空气含湿量较高，当水阀在制冷工况时，送风温度较低，可能接近其露点温度，这时此点的湿度就接近或等于100%，而此传感器正常工作的环境湿度为5%~95%，超过95%其湿度传感器就较容易损坏。另，由于此传感器的探头并非封闭式，长期在送风口的大风流量环境下工作，也是影响其使用寿命的原因之一。</p><p>但是工程中很多带加湿的新风机一般都是在新风机的送风口设置送风温湿度传感器，测送风温湿度来控制冷热水阀和加湿阀的。</p><p>各位高手在实际工程中是不是也会碰到这个问题，具体如何解决？</p>

<p>5-95%是量程范围,不是工作环境要求.</p><p>另外,QFA65虽然是开放探头,但相对仍是封闭一个塑壳内,不是风流直接吹扫的吧?</p>

<p>正确安装位置应于送风口处，如果你是装在风机送风口处，就会出现你所说的问题。</p>

<p>应该是送风机的进风口处！</p>

<p>一般情况是在送风管上安装送风温度露点温度传感器，房间或回风上装温湿度传感器。</p>

这种情况会在刚开机时出现，当新风机组启动一段时间后，就会正常点。

我从来都不安装的送风口 装在回风口 但是西门子的传感器湿度太大是很容易坏的 不知道坏了几个了

对,我们一般都是装回风口的,在出风口的温度并不能代表受环境温度!
