我做过，从技术角度来说没有内置的那样十全十美，但是从预算来说，还是比较完美的。

主要缺点是：转接电话的过程中给人的界面没有那么友好。

是哪一款？点灯灭灯怎么实现？DSG的是通过RS232和OPTION连接的，所以能用。
